Here you can find 4 decades of history and knowledge from the field of helicopter external load transport: interesting texts on marshaller training, work procedures and occupational and product safety. But they also tell the stories of people who put their heart and soul into their work.
Since the day he entered HELOG AG in Küssnacht am Rigi in the distant 1983, the founder of AirWork also made a fundamental impact on helicopter external load transport history and contributed to establishing more than one milestone. One of these, namely the «Marshaller Syllabus» (FOCA, 1996), provided the basic knowledge for the compilation of EASA Part SPO (SPO.SPEC.HESLO) and strongly affected the German DGUV Information 214-911 «Safety during helicopter aerial work » (DGUV/BG-Verkehr, 2017). There is hardly any sector in helicopter external load transport that has not been influenced by this work.
